Prudential AI Lab Teaser Animation

Client: Prudential

Project Title: AI Lab Teaser Animation

Overview

Click2View extended its collaborative partnership with Prudential Singapore in the creation of an animated teaser video for Prudential’s AI Lab launch. The teaser was intended for showcasing at the AI Lab launch at Prudential’s office, and at the Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF).

Brief

Prudential commissioned the production of a single 2D motion graphics teaser video, with a duration of one minute. The video was required to be in 16:9 Full HD format (1920×1080) for display on TV screens at various Prudential events and a 1080px x 1080px video with a 1:1 aspect ratio for social media.

By showcasing Prudential’s cutting-edge positioning through visually AI-emphasised elements, the video aimed to generate excitement for the AI Lab and its role in addressing existing customer challenges in health, wealth, and customer experience.

The core objectives of the final product were to:

  1. Highlight customer pain points when engaging with Prudential’s health, wealth, and customer-based services and demonstrate the AI Lab’s future role in these areas
  2. Showcase Prudential’s AI initiatives, and visually emphasise these elements created by AI tools

The project was led by our Creative Director Artur Akhmetzyanov, animated by Prand Studio, and produced by Anya Ursa.

Response

Our team demonstrated several key strengths throughout this project. Despite the project’s complexities, including frequent changes and timeline pressures, Anya Ursa’s leadership as the external producer was key to managing these complexities and ensuring delivery. This effective project management was vital in navigating the various production stages and keeping the project on track.

Prand Studio, the animators in the project, also delivered strong creative work in the animation, crafting a distinctive video that represented Prudential’s AI initiatives in a compelling manner.

In response to the frequently shifting directions regarding the tone of the video, our team demonstrated collaboration and adaptability to these unpredictable circumstances, and managed to deliver a project that exceeded expectations.

Of particular note was our flexibility in addressing post-delivery concerns, such as issues with the video’s sound that were picked up during the client’s internal launch. This commitment to client satisfaction extended to accommodating the client exceeding feedback limits, and required careful management of these late-stage changes. This flexibility ultimately paid off and helped us secure additional work, such as a top-up for the production of a LinkedIn version of the video .

Outcome

The project exceeded client expectations, and saw the delivery of the final product in both 16:9 and 1:1 aspect ratios, along with a thumbnail.

Prudential praised the team’s work ethic and the quality of the content produced, commenting, “Thank you so much for rushing this out for us, it looks amazing! The video premiered at the SFF 2024 and got very good feedback.“

In March 2025, The AI Lab Teaser video also won the “Honorable Mention” at the Motion Design Awards.
