Event Opening Video for Deloitte SEA Partners Conference 2025

Deloitte engaged Click2View to create an animated conference opening video for its 2025 SEA Partners Conference.

We designed the video to be a high-energy warm-up before a surprise cheerleading performance. We responded to the conference’s sports-inspired theme, using the video to create momentum from the very start.

The content had to set the tone for the event and energise the room before the live reveal.

The Challenge

The challenge was in creating a conference opening video with enough energy and presence to open a senior leadership event.

Our Solution

Click2View handled the project end to end, from creative direction through to 3D design, animation, VFX, compositing, colour, and sound. We produced the video in partnership with Nice Wach and FIEL Estudio from Argentina. 

Click2View needed to design the film for a 24-metre ultra-wide screen. This meant the team needed to firm up decisions about scale, readability, and visual impact from the start. 

The production process involved multiple rounds of visual exploration and iteration. These include early style tests before landing on a sharper anime-inspired direction.

From there, the work moved through character studies, modelling, texturing, rigging, animation tests. Then we pushed for final refinements across pacing, lighting, and composition.

To push the piece further visually, the team also adapted the approved film into a more cinematic widescreen version. They selectively re-rendered scenes and refined framing, lighting, and composition to better match the final vision. 

The result was an animated event opening video that shaped the atmosphere in the room.

Outcome and Impact

The final conference opening video gave Deloitte a more dynamic way to begin its SEA Partners Conference. It helped turn the first on-screen moment into part of the event experience itself.

Its impact at the event was strong enough, and the client later asked Click2View to create a separate 16:9 version for use in internal town halls and meetings. This extended the value of the piece beyond the conference. 

It also showed how the right opening film can shape the mood in the room from the first frame.
