Workday is a leading enterprise platform that helps organisations manage people and money at scale.
Used by more than 10,000 organisations worldwide, it supports businesses across industries with solutions that improve operations and decision-making.
As part of our long-term partnership with Workday, Click2View regularly produces Workday customer testimonial videos from interviews captured at key events, including Workday Elevate and Workday Rising.
The aim was to turn live conversations into clear, credible stories that could keep delivering value across Workday’s website and social channels.
Event interviews can be rich in insight, but they do not automatically become strong marketing assets.
The challenge was to shape each conversation into a short, structured story that felt authentic, useful, and consistent across different clients and industries.
Click2View interviewed Workday customers and shaped those conversations into focused customer case study videos for digital use.
Featured Workday clients included organisations such as Yanmar in Japan, Celltrion in Korea, and Southern Cross Health in Australia.
Each video was tailored to the client’s experience while following a clear Challenge-Action-Result (CAR) structure.
We kept the videos to two to three minutes so they stayed concise and effective across owned channels.
The result was more than a set of standalone videos.
Through ongoing support for Workday’s customer and event storytelling, Click2View helped build a repeatable library of customer proof that extended the value of those interviews beyond the event itself.
These videos became part of Workday’s social content mix and supported client attraction and sales.
