Project Title: Glints Best Employers Award 2022: Beyond Borders

BACKGROUND:

Glints is Southeast Asia’s and Taiwan’s largest talent platform for career development and recruitment. Founded in 2013 in Singapore, Glints has empowered more than two million professionals and 40,000+ organisations to realise their human potential.

BRIEF

Glints held the inaugural Best Employers Award to recognise and celebrate 10 trailblazing companies in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan, for their outstanding achievements in building and managing their workforce in a post-pandemic world.

We were approached to assist in creating an e-book that highlights the journeys, struggles and victories of start-ups and their people to position Glints as the partner and thought leader for organisational growth in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.

RESPONSE

We began by arranging interview sessions with the selected winners. As there were five categories, we prepared a different set of questions for each category. We interviewed not only those at the C-suite level to talk about the goals of their implemented initiative, but also employees to ask about their opinion on the initiative.

From the background research and interviews, we crafted engaging stories for each startup. We highlighted their journeys and challenges in implementing their respective initiatives, the positive results and future plans. We also highlighted quotes from employees throughout the article to bring their personalities and experiences in front of the readers.

Aside from Editorial content, we also provided Glints with a layout guide covering image usage, fonts and colour scheme to help their internal design team produce the e-book.

OUTCOME

Working to a tight deadline we completed the copy and layout guide in just under a month. Glints was more than satisfied with the overall output. “The final product looks excellent and we can’t be more proud,” said its Regional Head of Product Marketing.
