You Are What You Eat: Consider A Content Diet

March 6, 2017

By Artur Akhmetzyanov, Content Advisor

We are a spoiled generation.

We want everything on-demand.
Technology uberized content consumption.
If you consume content non-stop, you brain gets fat.
Consider a content consumption diet with three simple steps

  1. Prioritize

All these channels are fighting for your attention.
You still have only 24 hours in a day.
    Apply filters to eliminate rubbish.
    Focus on relevancy.
    Less is more.

  2. Diversify

Life is much more than content consumption.
Spend time with family and friends.
    Connect with nature.
    Do sports.
    Think.

  3. Create

Stop reading success stories of other people, write your own success story.
We are scriptwriters of our lives, and in charge of crafting the narrative.
    Consume less content, create more.
    Create meaningful stuff.
    Inspire people.

“The greatest wealth is to live content with little.” – Plato
