Click2View Nominated for Small Employer of the Year

The team at Click2View was delighted to be nominated for Small Employer of the Year at this year’s HR Excellence Awards. At just 3 years old and going on 18 strong – it’s a fantastic honour and a great way to show how far we’ve come. Even though we don’t have an HR team we do our very best to make sure we are offering the best environment to attract, retain and nurture Singapore’s awesome creative talents.

So what makes us so great? Well most people in our industry will know that the “War For Talent” is quite literally a war and finding people who are creative, hard-working, problem-solving and all-round fun people is far from easy. In one of the most competitive industries out there, Click2View needs to be a place where the best and brightest want to be, and stick around for a long time too.

From our fantastic bosses and their wacky job advertisements to our hilarious philanthropy efforts, from our unbelievably fabulous internship programme to our self-deprecating take on agency-land – we like to do plenty of fun stuff to keep our team engaged and on their toes.
