Client: Barclays
Project Name: Barclays Asia Forum 2025
Click2View has a long-standing partnership with Barclays, supporting the Barclays Asia Forum with event content across pre-event, live-event, and post-event phases. For this edition, the brief covered branded posters, conference screen content, photography, executive social content, and fast-turnaround video.
The challenge was not just volume. It was making all of this work in a live, senior-facing environment where timing, polish, and discretion mattered.
Some assets had to be approved before the event. Others had to be captured live and turned around almost immediately, including a post-event sizzle reel due the next morning.
At the same time, Barclays wanted the content to feel fresh, not like a repeat of previous years.
Click2View treated the project as a live content system, not a list of separate deliverables.
We structured the work across pre-event, live-event, and post-event phases so the team could separate what could be prepared in advance from what needed live capture and rapid editing. We also identified workflow and post-production as key pressure points, especially for overnight video delivery.
From a production point of view, the approach needed to be nimble. The goal was to capture leadership content, conference moments, and social assets in a way that felt more agile and less intrusive, while still maintaining the standard expected of a Barclays event.
The project showed that strong event content depends on more than good visuals. It depends on how the work is structured, how quickly teams can respond, and how well production holds up under pressure.
For Barclays Asia Forum, that meant building a content approach that could handle multiple outputs, tight turnarounds, and senior stakeholder visibility without losing control of the work.
