Project Title: Business Connect

BACKGROUND

The private and public sectors have been supporting the digital transformations of SMEs. Recognising the challenges faced by SMEs, such as a lack of budget, experience, or knowledge, a large multinational telecommunications business wanted to address these concerns and educate SMEs about the solutions available.

BRIEF

The telecommunications business wanted regular articles (3 to 5 a month) to discuss the challenges faced by local SMEs. It sought to fill the knowledge gap many small business owners have about digitalisation in an easy to understand manner. The articles were intended to be shared on social media and through the company’s content amplification channels as well as sit on the Business Connect website.

 

The first step was to identify business owners who were interested in tech solutions but lacked experience or knowledge. The goal was then to create engaging content that would help them on their digitalisation journey.

RESPONSE

We began with a quick audit of SME-related content sites to understand consumer pain points. The focus was on how the digital and ICT solutions by the company are relevant to SMEs and can drive growth. 

We planned the editorial calendar and were fully in charge of the writing process, from researching to editing. 

Our articles were carefully curated to demonstrate the usefulness of the telco’s products in improving the digitalisation process and driving business efficiency and growth.

 

OUTCOME

The project was a huge success.
