Co-founder Neal Moore Departs after nearly seven years

May 19, 2017

By Simon Kearney, CEO

TODAY is a sad day as our co-founder Neal Moore finishes full time at Click2View.

Neal has sold his 50 per cent share of the company to my friend, businessman, James Ient.

Neal, was CEO of Click2View from 2013 to 2015 and successfully transitioned the company from a video production company to a strategic content creation agency boasting a world-class client roster and over two-dozen staff.

In 2015 he stepped back from the business to focus on personal creative projects before returning in 2016 as Executive Content Director.

It is a bittersweet day, on the one hand it’s a farewell to my travelling companion of the last seven years. On the other it’s an exciting new beginning.

We started with literally nothing in an HDB flat with an ironing board for a desk and now we have a staff of 20 and a fancy shophouse office in one of Singapore’s coolest locations, Amoy Street.

Welcoming James into Click2View has already brought a new level of business acumen to the firm.

Neal will continue as an advisor to me and will fulfil all existing commitments made to clients.

He will represent C2V at public events in his new role as a film producer. His first feature, based on the memoir of Bertie Marshall, founder of the infamous Bromley Contingent of punk fans is currently in development.

Neal’s never lost for words, and he had this to say in parting.

“I’d like to thank Simon for being an incredible friend and business partner. I’d like to thank Jolene Kwok, who, apart from being our first employee, has been a steadfast supporter of the business,” he said.

“The most important thank you is for my wife, Singapore food industry legend, Crystal Chua, (http://www.myprivatechef.com.sg/) for putting up with my creative temperament.

“Finally, and most importantly, thank you to our C2V team for their faith, their hard work, and dedication.”
